Conditions of Use
The following terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Orders Orders will only be taken from persons over the age of 18, deliveries will only be handed over to persons over the age of 18, if in any doubt we will ask for I.D. before such delivery is completed. All goods remain the property of British Beer Company until payment received in full. All persons placing an order will be sent a receipted notice upon request. All payments to be on delivery by cash, credit or debit card. Delivery cost is included in the Purchase price only for deliveries within the geographical boundary of the Malaga province. You must contact us for delivery costs outside the Malaga province. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 0930 H to 2130 H - Saturday deliveries by special arrangement only, additional delivery costs may be incurred. Order Cancellation You are able to cancel any order made within 7 days after the goods are received. All credits will be issued within 48 hours of the goods being received back to our warehouse. Special Offers Any special offers are made available only whilst stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time, without notice. Returns & Refunds On the rare occasions a breakage occurs, we will offer a replacement or a credit on the return item in question. We must be notified of such within three working days and goods returned within a further seven days and are happy to have these goods collected by ourselves at no extra cost to yourself. All refunds will be made within 30 days of agreeing such. Cancellation of Services We reserve the right to terminate you using our services at any time, for whatever we consider misappropiate or improper use or not abiding by these terms & conditions. You will be informed of such termination in writing.
